Hungarian-style porkchops with sour cream sauce

In my post about our meal plan for last week, I mentioned Hungarian-style pork chops with sour cream sauce. As I mentioned, this recipe comes from the Weight Watchers in 20 Minutes cookbook, though we did adjust the recipe to be doable on the BBQ. It's been hot this week in Sherwood Park, so we've cooked outside as much as we can.

Anyway, I thought I would share a picture of the finished product.
